I have been there to check out the trail of 5 days.
starting 2 days was good because I didnt focus on the type of machines and. facilities available like washroom, canteen, spa etc.
so I noticed all these stuff afterwards. I called a trainer for to know what exercise I should do now
he said let me. ask owner. like really if dont know what should. be done then who makes him a trainer. and they didnt support you even you are with heavy weights
there is no value for money. everything is messed up there
