1st time user of Preethi product with a horrific outcome! Just bought 3 Burner GlassTop Gas oven(Blue Flame Zeal) from Local Market, today evening around 8PM and now thanking God to save us from this worst quality product manufactured by Preethi!
We are using GlassTop oven from past 11 years from Prestige and nothing has happened till date, just thought to add new 3 burner Gas Oven so selected your product from Local Store.
Product condition was good when unpacked(no trace of any crack or scratch), however faced unexplainable situation when GlassTop was not just cracked, but shattered all over the Kitchen, just after 1 hr of use!
Close, a real close escape for my Wife and Mother in-law since they just completed cooking and turned off Gas minute before this incident took place.
I regret to leave Prestige and selected a brand like you, and inviting a big trouble!
Moreover, while I have tried to raise complaint thru your website, it was repeatedly giving errors even after filling all details accurately(without having any warning / correction error), hope this tells all about this BRAND.
