Since I was intending to buy child protection plan for my daughter, visited Policybazaar.com looking at the hype created around. At the first page they take your contact details which is compulsory otherwise you cannot proceed further to get comparison sheet. My first experience itself was so bad, the customer service guy kept insisting me for a particular Insurance company and even after explaining the situation and my intention to inquire, he was acting pushy to buy insurance through their portal. Looking at the back to back calls, I literally have stopped answering the calls to avoid making wrong decisions. I guess any customer has the right to enquire first and then make conscious decisions as their hard earned money is involved.
