You can do cardiology exercise, gym and aerobics, each of the above said workout is being explained by very well trained and professional trainer.
Also some concessions ar e provided if you buy certain sort of packages of months rather than paying monthly in gym. It have a very good ambience and sony music system in this gym is installed.
