Phonepe App is Good but only drawback is with there reversal process, It take 10 - 15 days to get your reversal. As there SLA says that it will take 7-8 business days to get the money reversal at the hosted bank. but After 10 - 15 days you will get an Airway no. from which you need to get it manual reversal from the bank, After that it will take 5 working days to credit back to your account. Rest all things on Phonepe is good but need to work with there reversal SLA.
