I ordered Slimline Godrej Wardrobe at Pepperfry. I found that delivery period is after 15 days from the ordered date hence I need to cancel the same, because the same wardrobe is being delivered by Amazon within 4 days.
I am surprised to see that cheater are charging fee for cancellation. It is worst site ever seen in the field of online shopping. I have shared my feedback to pepperfry several times via email but none of the customer service person bothered to reach out even once.
I've been cheated and don't intend to buy anything from pepperfry in future. On the other hand other online shops such as Amazon, Flipkart are far better & resposive.
