I was told if if do my first hdfc credit card transaction through payzapp it will become lifetime free.i am trying to use it since yesterday and it is too complicated.even a simple reliance energy bill option is not available it gives u option of emitra rajasthan govt, kerala etc.futher I added balance on payzapp to pay but all it does is rotates when clicked.trying to contact since yesterday toll free 18001029426.not even once it was picked up.when contacted hdfc cust care they ask to call on the same toll free no.i dont know who made this app for hdfc.should have taken some tips from paytm.after my first card bill cycle I am going to get rid of this app forever.
P.s It is useful to transfer amount from credit card to bank in case of emergency at a nominal cost.
