I was very much in love with the product till the time they screwed me over.
I did my DTH recharge for the amount of 200 one evening. It got stuck on processing.
Nothing to worry about that happens.
After one hour I tried contacting Paytm through their help line, but what a unique way to waste time on that.
I tried recharging again for the same amount, that got stuck too.
I tried to cancel my orders after that but the instructions clearly said that Paytm gives you an option to cancel only after 2 hours of placing the order.
You wont believe, after waiting for more than 30 hours I checked again and again:
First of all they don't give you any option to cancel.
Second of all they don't respond to complaint msgs.
Third, they don't really have anyone to connect with when you call.( Atleast I couldn't connect)
Anyway sick and tired I tried searching again from another number. Guess what, succesfull within a minute and my previous orders were stuck till then.
The next day my previous recharges got successful too! WOW I ended up recharging for the amount of 600 when I only wanted to recharge for 400.
You guys can see in the pictures with exact timing that how much they care to reply.
PS I tried contacting through their facebook handle too.
