Hi Friends,
I have purchased a Samsung Grand 2 mobile and got a old used mobile . Seal is broken . Some yellow spot in back cover . Back cover having some black spot . Looks like somebody has done rough and tough use for more than 1 year and paytm is trying to sell me it as a brand new mobile . They might have changed some hardware also .
Now I asked them to replace it and they said we do not have replacement policy but we have return policy and they will refund the money . I said ok and I returned the product .
It is since last 15 days waiting for my money to refund . There is no phone number/customer care available to get the details . Only email facility is there . When I said I will go to the consumer court they said the issue will be resolved in 24-72 hours .
Friend for your reference I have attached 2 images . Do not purchase anything from this fraud. cheater .
