I tried to recharge Rs.120 for my Idea mobile from PAYTM site on Dec' 30, 2015. But in PAYTM the Status was shown as PAYMENT FAILED. But I had been deducted amount from my credit card for the same.
PAYTM order details:

Order Total:120
30 Dec'15 11:10 am
Status: Payment Failed.
CITI Credit Card:
30/12/2015 7476651536 ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L NOIDA 114.00
But now all my order history has been completely erased from PAYTM site. I have been sending mails to PAYTM customer care regarding this issue., But no response. Even tried to call the CC number. But no response. Could anybody please help to get my money back.
