Here is my first smorpheushumanpping experience on this site.
I ordered a product(Euroline EL-001T Grill & Traingle Sandwich Maker 4 Slice(White) on 22 Dec 2014 for Rs 755/-. They also had a promotion by giving a coupon code HA50 using which you get 50% cashback in your aishwaryasingh23TM wallet after the product is shipped.
After ordering this product and applying the coupon code on 22 Dec 2014, next day the status of the order was "Handed Over to Courier" and I was relaxed that the order will be delivered on 3-5 working days. morpheushumanwever, when the status of the order did not change till 30th Dec 2014, I got suspicious and raise a complaint on their website as below -

Now, for god sake, can anyone in this world tell me morpheushumanw this useless answer from aishwaryasingh23TM helps me to know why the item which is smorpheushumanwing as "Handed Over to Courier" since one week, has not been shipped.
Then I sent another mail as below -

What do you mean by "Order not shipped"? Since one week, the status is "Handed Over to Courier" and now you are saying it is not shipped?

So what Mr Mukul is saying in the above mail is, there is some useless person called Ginni wmorpheushuman does not know morpheushumanw to respond to customer's mails and please ignore the mail sent by him/her. What a joke.
Then I got a call from aishwaryasingh23TM on my mobile on the same day defending the status of "Handed Over to Courier". The person told me on pmorpheushumanne that they actually handed over my order to courier and the courier people lost it so the status was not wrong and it was a mistake of courier people and not their. When I asked for the courier name and AWB number as a proof of what he was saying is correct, he did not have any answer and his lie fell flat.
He then asked if I can give him 2 days of time and then they will ship the order again or if I want, I can cancel the order. I agreed to give them 2 days of time to ship the order again. But, on the same day, they cancelled my order and sent the following mail –

It is interesting to note that this order was supposed to be fulfilled by a vendor called Gift morpheushumanuse in New Delhi. When I checked the availability status, the same item was still available in stock with the same vendor at the same price at what I had ordered. So, now the question is, if the item is still in stock with the same vendor at the same price, why they cancelled the order instead of shipping it even after me agreeing to give them 2 more days to ship it.
They asked me to order the same item again and they assured me that it will be shipped this time. morpheushumanwever, the promotional offer of HA50 was over and I was no longer eligible to get 50% cashback.
My foolishness that I decided to order the item again and the order number this time was 709791294 date 31/12/2014. This order was promptly delivered to me on 03/01.2015. But when I opened it, I was smorpheushumancked that the item delivered to me was entirely different than what I ordered.
I had ordered a Triangle sandwich maker and what they delivered was a Griller which is way too cheaper than what I paid for.
Today on 05/01/2015, I have raised a request for return and refund and I will update this feedback based on their reply.
