Paytm is a site in which my favourite business person ratan tata invested. Although I experienced a single bad experience of non- refund of my recharge on a wrong number inspite of giving them message in a minute of recharging.
But overall paytm gives discount as cashback on its products and services only to registered users which their registered users only enjoy. Its discounts are surpassing all the offers and discounts which snapdeal, amazon or flipkart offers as I think paytm is a real value for money.
I disliked one thing in paytm is that no human conversation is possible on its contact numbers and only IVRS is there or rather to say recorded message as there is no response involved in its customer care numbers. rest is ok. I suggest all online shoppers to try the site once .its really worth mention.
