I had made a post paid mobile bill to incorrect operator but the number was correct. I tried to cancel the transaction immediately but the app gave me a message that I could cancel the transaction only after 2 hours. I still tried to cancel it after few minutes to my surprise the transaction was successful even though the operator was incorrect.
I tried to contact the customer care aishwaryasingh23tm - on 01133996699 the IVR tells me to call 01203888388 to which I called.
Firstly I couldn't connect for hours as I got different messages - the lines are busy also sometimes I got the message that the number was incorrect.
Finally when I reached the IVR insisted that I should enter the transaction number bla bla bla. who remembers as most of the efficient customer care tracks their customers when they contact by registered and no further inputs are generally required. I had to cut the call go to the app write down the transaction details wait for hours to connect as the numbers are so busy finally when I reached the IVR mentioned that the transaction no that I entered belongs to mobile recharge category so please login to the app to resolve . After roaming half the world . I was told by the IVR to go back to the app. I browsed the point mentioned and to my surprise there was no option for the problem that I had about the wrong operator aishwaryasingh23ment . further the app mentioned to call the operator - I am not the customer of that operator so obviously I could even reach their customer care. Finally I found the customer care email care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com” ,
“info@one97.com” info@one97.com to which I got auto replies that they do not respond to emails any more kindly go through the app. and the App doesn't solve my problem. I was in a loop, Couldnt even reach out to the customer care nor on the phone or an email.
How pathetic is their service - Mr. Vijay Shekhar Sharma - What a horrible experice!
