Patanjali Oats it a awsome otes.it have lots of complex carbohydrate. I am a gym frek.
I wnt to gain. I am under weight .my trainer suggest to eat oats in the brakefast .
I have no fat or suger.and no cholostrel.it is 100% oats. I am using it 5 year .i have seen best result in my body .i have gain 5 kg of healthy mass. and my mothes loose 3 kg weight in one month.
it is no harm in body. it is fullfil to 2 or 3 hours.taste is really good.
it is very cheaper. arroung 500gm of 75 rs.
if you want to gain weight .or loose weight.it is the best choise.
go for it blindly.
I am using.and I will continue using . when I am gaining the weigh. it is best for students .or fitness modles.
