It as really self punishment to order anything online, I ordered a belt(BLACK) delivered(BLUE) refunded, again ordered different belt BLACK, again delivered BLUE, again refunded and ordered two belts, again ordered BLACK colour, Delivered both BLUE. again refunded both, last one month following it up for my refund, now customer care asking can you provide pickup boy PHONE NO(which was 1 month before delivery boy no how I can retrieve from my mobile, no one saves any delivery boys no.) still their customer care representatives behaviour do not change with repeated followups, resolution not happened, every time same answer it will be resolved 4-5 working days, but same nothing happens every time, no resolution, wastage of time really it was a big torchure, horrible experience with the customer care and online products. no one cares even you write a email, no complaint no willbe provided, no tracking system either ignores, no one cares.
