I’m sorry to mention but I had booked a service request with Panasonic for my newly bought AC, in the month of April 2023 but unfortunately I didn’t get the service expected from such an esteemed brand.
I booked it for 11:00AM slot on 4th September 2023 through the Panasonic WhatsApp window. But they failed to maintain the time and deferred the appointment.
Later during the day I got a call that they want to arrive at around lunch hours which was not possible by me to attend so I denied and requested them to attend me during my next availability at home. The person called Biswajit Mondal told me that the call will be cancelled for now and to call him a day before and fix it.
First of all why my call got cancelled when the fault was from your side and your service provider couldn’t make it on time. Secondly now when I’m calling him, he’s not answering to the call.
This is such a poor and pathetic service that Panasonic is providing.
Rather I would never recommend anyone to go for this brand if the after sales service is so disgusting.
