I have booked a AC Room for one day stay at Chennai Shenoy Nagar Nimalan Residency from 19th May to 20 May through OYO App. After discounts I paid Rs816 as full payment. No partial payment. I confirmed booking and went there for a stay. They have no rooms and asked RS 850 etc. for one room. I have waited 2 hrs. and cancel booking , stayed nearby Hotels. I was single , No problem. This the first time through OYO and their customer support is worst. OyO is one of the cheating App. Don't Believe OYO in family stay....Horrible experience...
