Pros
Decent opportunities for young recruits Not much work pressure
mobile recharge is very fast, and other payment
Cons
Site loading is to bed, Poor IT department. Bad facilities. No recreation facilities Too much dependent on Chairman of the company Processes are in infancy, money send to our friend is goes to error.
Advice to Management
Should hire better quality of people in sr management.
