Earlier I preferred to travel by Orange. Nowadays, services are too bad, and quality is not good. Buses have become quite old, and ride comfort is not there. Blankets and seat coverts are washed once in a year(perhaps), and stinking. Lights are not working, AC vents are broken and cannot be adjusted. Curtain rods are coming out and falling on passengers. Overall experience is not up to the mark. Earlier, light snack packet was served. Now that is stopped. The hygine at Rest Stops on the way is extremely poor and can't use those toilets. In addtion, the attender at the washrooms charges money. But when asked for cleanliness, he talks rude.
