Very Pathetic Service from the team. Took almost one month to get the insurance approval on 25th May. I have to pay some additional amount for which they have to send a payment link. And its almost a weeks time and I am still waiting for the link to be send to me. Once the payment is made they will start the repair of the mobile. For no fault of mine they have already delayed the start of the repair work by a week.
I have already done 4 follow ups to get the payment link and still struggling to get the same.
