I once worked for paytm as business development executive , as work of marketing is obviously difficult but the behaviour of seniors was not good and even use threatening words if you did not complet the target.
Salary & other benefits were just like other companies not much difference.
For marketing professional no things as job security they will fire you if you don't complete your target its that simple.
Very little growth in salary with time as some of my colleagues are now in the same job , they always complaint about no salary raise.
Seniors only care about target they dont care how you do it and no support at all. Might be there other departments are far better than the sales and marketing.
At last if you are looking for marketing job in paytm then just don't . They will squeeze you like lemon , so choice is yours.
