Hi friends, I am going to share my share my experience about Ola cabs.I booked Ola cab to go a function quickly in Madurai.But the driver didn't pick up me in the right place, I walked nearly 1 km from my booking place.The driver talked friendly but when we are on the way he told us to wait for sometime because somebody called him.
The driver used mobile phone while driving, So we told him to stop the car and speak, he replied very casually.At that time, we cannot leave because we already paid full money.We went him with fear and very anger about him.
The TOUR OPERATOR is really not satisfied with Ola cab, Travel experience is very bad.please don't go for Ola because it is not safe for small children's.The Rent is also very high in range, compared to the other cabs, The TRAVEL CONVENIENCE is very Huge.
Always use local taxies, bus or auto, THEY ARE THE BEST.
