The Japanese brand has no value and is not respected when it comes to customer service. My Okinawa Praise Pro had issues with battery and had to leave it at Green Drive, Bengaluru service under warranty. Since 29 Oct 2022 till now almost 4 months, the only response I get is 'we are waiting for battery". They are unable to give me a spare battery. No calls or updates. When I call, the response is 1 in 10. My dejected saga continues with no one to help.
