Well O General air conditioner are not a good option for you to try it out
I have been using it for the past 1 month and this review is based on the same
Cooling and sound: - when it comes to coolimg and sound O General lacks far behind with the other competitors fighting their way up
The cooling is not worth it and it makes a lot of sound for a air conditioner which is very annoying and even when it is hot it does not provide the sufficient cooling effect
Realibility and satisfaction: - when it comes to realibility I dont think it does or will meet your expectations and tgere is a least satisfaction
You can get better product for less cost and same as well
Value for money: - while reading from above you must've have understood that the product is not a value for money category one
So better you may go for other good willed and better working products so you will not be regretting
Service and support: - again O general fail here too when it comes to durables like Air conditioners it is necessary for tge customer service cell to be really appropriate and gelpful where O General fails
