Now here comes my review on "Nutrela Soya Chunks"
My one friend recommend this Soya chunks to me, he used to bring this cooked soya chunks in office as breakfast many times, because of him even I started to eat it, and Its really very good for health.
Why soya chunks are good for health?
First best reason is it contains very low fats, low carbohydrates and High protein.It's very good for growing children, elders, diabetic and cardiac patients.
Its Nutritional information:
in composition of 100g, It contains Protein of 54.2kg, Energy of 336k cal, then Carbohydrate of 28.9 g, Calcium of 533 mg, Iron of 21.2 mg, Fat of 0.4 g.
How you will get it:
Generaly Soya chunks available easily in the market, Its available in 3 sizes- Small, medium and large. Mostly large and medium sized soya can be use in vegetables.
Its package is very good, one box of 100g contain around 50 medium size of Soya chunks.
you can use soya chunk in different ways like. In Biryani (In Biryani you can use Soya chunks along with other vegetables), in different vegetables, even you can use it in breakfast,
Soya chunks breakfast is very easy to prepare:
Take some soya chunks in any container then wash it, then put some water in container and boiled it for 2-3 mins, then remove water from it, after that add some chat Masala and salt in that cooked Soya chunks, and then you can use it as breakfast, its very tasty and healthy breakfast.
