Nationwide Immigration Services is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
It has been 2+ months after making the payment to Nationwide and by now I have seen how this company serves the customer after getting the payment.
1> From Nationwide, Neetu Sabharwal was appointed as the point of contact for me. When I asked about a copy of the agreement, rather than giving me a timeline she rudely said that she is not the point of contact for this as this has to come from the documentation/billing team. This rude behavior is certainly not expected from someone servicing the customer. When I asked her that I would like to get realign to someone who can answer my question appropriately and she bluntly said then “don’t call me". This was the 1st instance till 26th April since my association with Nationwide(30th March).
2> I have requested to amend the “Technical Evaluation” report as it was prepared based on a hypothetical IELTS score but the revised technical score was not shared in last 2 months follow up.
3> Agreement copy, which is supposed to be shared with the customer, is provided after 2+ months of follow up(on 6th June where payment was made on 30th March).
After multiple follow up for “Technical Evaluation Report”, “Agreement Copy” for 2+ months and misbehavior from Nationwide employee, I raised my concern with Grievance team.
Vijay from Grievance team contacted me on 6th June 2022 and he committed of handling my case on high priority however in next 2 days, noticed 2 instances of misleading and when this was reported to him, he assigned another person(Mrigya) from Grievance team to handle my case and now she is expecting me to give another chance to nationwide.
My request for cancelation is complete based on my experience so far with Nationwide. I have already wasted 2 months of my precious time with Nationwide, now further neither I have time nor patience to keep following up and get misleading information from them. Due to their pathetic service, I asked nationwide to refund of my complete money.
