I have joined this company 1 year back to start a great career after doing engineering course. However, it was my wrong decision. When I was interviewed, I told many good things regarding work culture, job responsibilities, products and upcoming projects. However, reality caught up immediately after joining. Very 1st day I talk with my immediate supervisor and I got to know entire picture. They do not have many projects in hand and others are not confirmed.
They earning by providing law quality materials of some products, which is not that much durable but by cheating new clients they make money. I did not find any well behaved employee with whom I can talk and can take right guidance. It was just processing unit here and other headquarters are in Mumbai. I have signed a bond of 1.5 Years. Now it becomes very difficult to get out. I already spoiled my career. People be aware of this type of companies. Do enough research and select the right company which give training modules to freshers so that they can bring out best from freshers. Worst decision to join this company.
