My Home Industries is one of the worst company to work for. Junior level employees are treated as servants. Owners and directors of the company are dictators, rude and egoistic. I worked here for two years and resigned just 2 months back.
One of the director here is Meghana Rao. Be careful and never ever work under her. She is not very qualified lady. She was very poor in her academics. Meghana Rao did MBA from a open university i.e. MBA through distance education. Despite that she could secured only 2nd division marks in MBA. You can imagine if a unqualified person becomes a director of a company then what will happen to employees working under her. It's total confusion there.
As she is unqualified and doesn't have enough experience, she tries to show her authority only by shouting, abusing and dictating. From outside, this company may look good but inside it is like a government organization with lot of dirty politics and rude behaviors by superiors.
The founder of the company Dr. Rameshwar Rao is a good and hardworking person but their sons and daughter-in-laws are all very egoistic and rude. These young generation owners treat their employees like servants or bonded labors.
