I would like to share my experience with Mphasis, I was there for almost 2 years and had a wonderful time until I was in project.
Once you are on bench the trouble starts, no one will care about you, they wont assign you in any project because they don't have any. They wont even try to retain you.
Why I am criticizing this policy because If you are on bench or ideal for 3 months then you get HALF PAY. If you are on bench for next 3 more months then after that you get NO PAY.
So if you are in Mphasis try to be allocated in any projects because thats the only way to survive there and if you are on HP project them you will never regret being with Mphasis. They are very flexible and you will also get WFH so you can enjoy your life.
Other than that this company has pathetic management. they dont care about employee also like several other companies they also dont give good hike.
