Just recently I saw my a review that I had posted a long time ago - and I was unhappy with Mouthshut.com.
Well, what an irony - someone not happy about the site, which lists the displeasure or accolades of other products and services.
My first foremost problem is with the layout - I could barely make out the article in between those pesky Google Ads.
Second one is about the 'Issue Resolved', there was no issues in my review to be resolved in the first place!
I just informed the fellow readers about the ineptitude of a service vendor - in this case it was Kotak Securities, at a point in time [I surely hope that they have improved since then].
How can they mark my comment 'Issue Resolved' - I have not received any calls from Kotak Securities to apologize!
And what "Issue"????????????????? It was a comment/review - that is what this site is all about.
I thought it was a remark and an unprejudiced review - how can you close an 'Issue' of a comment?
I hope Mouthshut.com is not titling towards becoming an advertising portal for
corporates and big brands - rather than the truthful site which strives to bring honest reviews to it readers.
