App always hangs and stops. Review on Mouthshut

I am using mouthshut mobile app from along time.after making my account on mouthshut.com I downloaded this app for easy use purpose. but I was always disappointed with this app.still I am facing some problems in this app.it always hanging up and stopped so I have to restart everything from starting.

Just for giving a rating or comment on any product it will take more time for loading and after that it is not sure that your activity will  happen or not.and once, I had saved a draft of 3 reviews.and when I wanted to continue for review I have lost everything whatever I have written already.i think website is comparatively  better.

and also  on this app comparatively less product than official website .and at starting when I want to encash my earning then also it was unableto do it but after try of 2 more time it encash it.   one and only best part in this app is that this app is design nicely and so attractive.it looks really good.

I really wanted that please upgrade this app .so we can use it smoothly.
