MouthShut Official is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have tried posting a request for getting reviews for a new Product category a couple of times and it never showed up. I also did not get any intimations to why it was not put up.
I also find it Very Restrictive. If the Product or Service that one wants to review or want to put an opinion is not included. There should be an open interface for people to Put a review directly even without the Product/Service being there.
The Current interface of choosing the Category, Product and Brand is very cumbersome.
With the current interface one is limited by what is there. A lot of improvement in Usability will happen and the usage will grow a lot if an interface is created to put in a new product in a "New" category for products not listed there. Indeed the Product Ratings may not apply but that can be incorporated in text as deemed fit for that product. The key is to get the Voice/information across.
