I own a Hitachi 1.5 ton Split AC unit bearing Model No. RAU019HOD and the unit is NOT UNDER WARRANTY.
On the basis of my complaint No.18042707162, on 1.5.2018, one technician came and done the general servicing of AC unit only for which I paid Rs.650/-. He told me to register a complaint again for swing motor replacement.
Once again I have made a complaint vide No. 18050205171, dated: 2.5.2018, requesting for replacement of SWING MOTOR. To my surprise, on 9.5.2018, the technicians came with a new SWING BLADE and insisted for replacing the good working swing blade!. They wanted me to sign the paper for closing the complaint and told me to register a new complaint for swing motor. I have refused to do so.
During the Live Chat, Hitachi Official expressed sorry for the inconvenience and told that he has forwarded my complaint to the Service Team, on a urgent basis request and that they will call me & will provide proper resolution as soon as possible.
Further he assured me that I will get the prompt Service at right point of time and on a priority base and your Technician will do the needful to resolve my complaint.
The matter ends there, and Till date, nothing happened and even after so many weeks, the complaint is kept pending for some unknown reason.
The "priority based service at the right point of time" has not yet reached me. Hitachi is not able to "inspire me, leave alone inspiring the next"
I am already totally dejected with the hope of getting a prompt service from an internally acclaimed company like Hitachi.
