One of the worst society in new gurgaon

Review on Microtek Greenburg, Sector 86, Gurgaon

One of the worse society to live in for following reason

1. You will get flat but there is huge issue in getting registry done , they will not tell you anything and once you make stamp payment then they will stop talking your calls or reverting to your queries

2.They charge high maintenance fees and maintenance is not comparable to median range societies available near by.

1. Termite problem is huge then another big mess is seepage all walls have seepage and will make your life hell

   
   




2. Parking - They have the poorest planned parking I have seen in my life , new car parking slots are created in middle of parking roads making it very prone to accidents

   
   




3. During rainy season you need to visit any river or lake , you will have them at your door with full access to them

   
   




4. Pool facility remains under maintenance for 6 months

   
   




5. Electricity supply is another big issue they have not made 33kva supply as instructed by goverment but have created 11kva bcz of which every now n them power goes off due to overload and no repair happens till 2-3 days

   
   




6. Sales team specially Dexxxx Chxxxxxxx will make you meet people who have given hopes and say as instructed by these sales people and he is top notch liar , all promises he will while selling you deal will go in drain once you hand them money and then comes CRM team who will make sure that you don't sleep at nights by chasing you for paying stamp duty n then vanish in thin air

   
   

Overall if you care for your money and health do not invest or buy flat here , go for dlf ultima or bestech some known builder not the new player like microtek who know nothing in this segment
