The mi.com is a website which offers no. Of Elecronic products of MI brand like mobile phones, chargers, earphones, power banks, portable music devices, etc. Now it has also started to offer some more products like smart watches, tshirt, etc. This is gemerally a Chinese company. Which has now made a remarkable grwoth in the market, Now I would like to share my personal experience with this site. Recently I have bought a REDMI 4 3GB variant through this store.
But before ordering the first problem already started and I don't know what tk name it but it was, when I looked at its home page it was showing that the 2gb variant is available but when I clicked on it, it showed that the product is out of stock. I tried 3 to 4 time but the same rwsponce I got. Then I finally decided to buy the 3 gb vatiant. The order was placed and the delivery time was shown as 7 days. Which is too much time and I was in an urgent need of cellphone. Then after 7 daye the product arrived. Everything was good but when I put it on charge the charfer was not working. So I decided to call on the constumer care. After too many rings they picked up and were mot very polite to talk. Then when I told them about the problem I asked tnem for a replacement of tbe product. But they clearly denied asked me to go to the service centre. Well, I just wanted to thank them for their advice I already knew but why would have to take any trouble and that too in a day of delivery. So, if you are seeking for a good service brand then take an alternative to this and switch to some other brand.
