Hey guys I'm going to giving review about mi. Com shopping app or website. Mi. Com was initiated by Xiaomi redmi fur selling their own products. But still it is not a popular shopping site. Let's talk about their customer service, so customer service from MI isn't much good but one can be happy with it as it solve all problems of customers. But still mi should work on their service to improve more better. Product quality on mi is awesome as they provide us fresh and original products.
But guys actually most of products on mi stays out of stock so one can't buy their product on his own time he has to wait for that product so this is the main disadvantage of mi and because of this I hate mi. Delivery time is not much faster neither slower but when we compare it with flipkart and Amazon we can find that it stays 1/2 days slower.
App is better than mi site because site takes more time to open and everyone we have to login whereas in app one time login is required. All products shown on mi are real and we get same as advertised on mi. So guys this is a good site but due to shortage of products we can't experience it so I recommend you to try other shopping sites. Thanks.
