Meru cab is not provide good service.It is only service in metro city but not avaible.It is provided service according to the app only.The app is not to the all of customer.The app not avaible of all the people.
Its employee salary depend their duty .They have not fixed salary.They have not extra facility in puja vacation, holi.This time they have hauge duty.No bonus provided in the puja vacation.No extra holiday.
It has not job security at all.Any time you can loss your job.If it is service well, your job security will be long time other wise not.
Career growth is not good.There is no option to promote one to another position.All time you have one position and fixed salary.
Its working environment is very bad.All time you have to duty on road and crowded area and also stay on road for the jam.You have stay in care.
So I recommend to you not to join this job.Thanks.
