Medi assist people are those who lack the very most feeling called human touch. That organization is the most pathetic one I have come across my life so far. The staff have no clue about our query and they will give us a bot response saying' we have escalated this issue and we will get back to you soon'. That is the only thing they have said each and every time I have called them.
Medi assist is my Corporate TPA Unfortunatley. My mother was terminally ill patient(Metastatis Breast Cancer) and the doctor treating us did not have cashless facility in her clinic. So, we had to spend each and every penny from our pockets and claim it later. So, my claims all were settled post my mother's death. Can you believe that? I am attaching my mom's pictures to let people know how much Medi-Assist has toyed with my emotional feelings when I needed their support. They took almost 3 months to settle my claims. And I must tell you that I called them almost 50 times and wrote almost 20 emails and escalated finally 3 times. Then got my claims settled.
And I had no choice but to opt them for my blood tests. So, the collection process was smooth but AGAIN here they made one more blunder. When I ordered 3 set of tests, they have uploaded or send me the results of ONLY 1 SET of REPORTS. I had to call them multiple times for just blood test results. I wasted my SL and missed my Doc's appointment too because of MEDI ASSIST'S IRRESPONSIBLE AND RECKLESS BEHAVIOUR.
I am attaching my mom's pictures to let people know how much Medi-Assist has toyed with my emotional feelings when I needed their support. There was no response even after sending emails with my mom's pictures in it. They would say still that they are working on it and nothing happened. I strongly urge not to go for Medi-Assist. Even it should not be as Corporate TPA until and unless you want your employees to SUFFER EMOTIONALLY.
