Medi Assist Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
1.Pathetic patient support for pre/post hospitalization.
2.Forget about reimbursement, they feel like they have right to deduct your hard earned money.
3.Being a patient though you are discharged just now-their reimbursement process will kill you literally.
4.For any claim you just need to wait for 45-60 day for clearance that too unwanted deduction.
5.Useless & senseless Customer care executive.
6.you need to make minimum 60/70 follow-ups for a singly payment & during every follow ups you have to repeat the same story again & again, though being patient you discharged recently still after asking who is patient they are simply shameless to ask again & again.
7.No dedicated Customer care executives.
8.Huge communication gap between their own customer care executives.
9.Simply rubbish reason they will put forward for even claim cancellation done by you for any xyz reason.
10.Hartd copies are with them only but again & again ask any bill to produce again.
11.Useless Team as well as seniors also who handles escalations.
12.Back End team is like GOD, no one can reach them actually who are the culprits to reject /accept any query.
13.Custimer care executives are simply Mediator between Back End Team i.e GOD & end user.
Over all a worst TPA to have.
Please do not take any any policy from them be it cashless or reimbursement.
