Medi Assist Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I had to call them 20 times for a single clarification and their representative Mr Anurag made me call him a million times and still had incomplete information about the inclusions in the policy. Also the email queries were never answered and neither was the complete information shared. Inspite of the doctors opinion they said it was incorrect and approved a very low amount after the surgery was completed and I had to wait 7-8 hrs at the hospital to get the approval on time. NEVER OPT FOR MEDIASSIST. TERRIBLE!!!
