Had got the covid test booked from medibuddy. Firstly no communication on confirmation of the time and date. And then one came at the booking time. After finding all possible numbers - someone appeared.
Took the test but no receipt.
They said with in 24 hours report will come. False.
After trying for 30 mins to 1 hour could reach to them every time I called .
After reaching To Customer service said 48 hours - False.
Second time Customer service said 72 hours.
Third time they said few more hours.
Now when I ask for refund - they disconnect the phone.
Still waiting after 4 days.
Lab - doesnot have any numbers.
Please get the test done from a local company rather than medibuddy. Atleast someone is responsible for your reports.
