This is one of the oldest IT services company. However, it is no more an employee focus company. Looks like in pursuit of making the company process oriented, they lost touch with the people who works for them. Some of the process needs revision. The whole focus and goal should change.
The management should take care of the employees and the employees should, in turn, should take care of the company. Its happening the opposite.
