I had approached Kalyani after I received a sms about exchange bonus offers. We planned to exchange Alto K10 Automatic with Alto K10 manual. They offered mediocre pricing for the exchange vehicle and after much bargain agreed for a total bonus of 40, 000.
We booked the manual K10 version and the delivery was promised in a week. Since we were told only silver color is in stock we went ahead with it. But to our shock even after 20 days they are saying I need to wait for another 15 days. Hence I would say Kalyani Motors needs to improve significantly in keeping delivery promises and timelines.
