While buying a car in the indian market, the indian buyer is basically concerned about the fuel consumption of the car. The car fails in the same field. While promising high mileage the car is not able to provide even a mileage of 15 kmpl on road. My car just gives a disappointing mileage of 13.9 kmpl. While the mileage improves on highways but if you are a urban buyer buying for city travels than have a look at honda jazz which is more promising and delivering on the fuel consumption field. In the terms of comfort only the front two seats are really suspension proof, all jumps can be felt by the people sitting at the back seats. The car is good in handling and controls. The power steering on the car is as smooth as butter and the driver can really enjoy the ride. The leg space provided by MARUTI in this car can beat any other rival car in the market. The cabin space is good but the interiors are poor plastic which does not seems good enough. MARUTI can certainly work on the interiors of the car. There are some technical problems with the apple play which troubleshoots sometimes while connecting via bluetooth. MARUTI has yet not been able to provide me with mud flaps of the car. NEXA SHOWROOMS that offer much comfort to the new youth buyer segment, should focus upon the car as well. If mileage is not an issue then one can choose baleno over other cars but that is the only sad point that MILEAGE IS THAT IMPORTANT ASPECT WHICH CANNOT BE IGNORED.
