This is regarding the subscription of Magic Pot, a publication from the house of Malayala Manorama.
I'm pasting the mail that I wrote to them this morning. You can get a fair idea from this:
Dear Sir,
Being a customer, I want to ask you something very serious: Are you guys not bothered about customer’s complaints?
When one searches for “malayala manorama magic pot” on google, the first search result that comes is, complaints against Malayala Manorama Magic Pot. Everybody is complaining about NOT receiving the copies. And I’ve the same complain as well. I took a yearly subscription in Feb, and after sending several complaints, I received just two copies so far. I still have not received a single copy for march!
Do you think you can do business like this? Or do you guys the customers should be punished for deciding of take annual subscriptions?
I want to understand how do you guys operate? Don’t you have any obligation, after taking the money, to deliver the copies? If I had not complained several times, I would not have even received a single copy!
What the problem with you guys? Is your regional sales dept. in Kolkata not efficient? Then why not revamp it? Why don’t you guys do something to find the reason for this callousness and try to solve it?
And if you think there’s no solution, then just stop taking subscription orders!

I want a reply to this mail either committing that the copies will be delivered on time now onward or the money will be returned.
