Times changed and so did my perception towards Maggi. It used to be the go-to food whenever I craved for evening snack. Maggi is a fast food that claims to be prepared in 2 minutes. This is just a branding and that is how Nestle positions the product to the segmented audience. Trust me, Maggi can never be cooked in 2 minutes.
Although it tastes good, maggi has some serious health hazards. It is completely constituted of white flour which is not a great recipe for digestion. The noodle and flour combination entangles in the intestine. This could result in unusual bowel movement and therefore, poorly affect the body metabolism.
While there is nothing wrong in having maggi once in two weeks, it is recommended not to make it a regular habit.
