This park is located around 40km from Chennai on East Coast Road, in Muttukadu.There are wide varieties of crocodiles and reptiles kept in this place.
It is a good tourist spot and worth visiting.Some crocodiles are really lazy and don't even move.I liked the ac glass enclosure for the king Cobra.
I thought these creatures look really large when you see them directly. You are even allowed to feed them at specific timings, when I went there it was around 4.30pm.They say that the park has more than 2000 crocodiles.You can also see the Snake park.
But I think the authorities should make the place more tourist friendly with more amenities for the visitors.But it is better to avoid the visit during summer due to intense heat which hovers above 40 degrees. The kids are sure to enjoy it.Visiting hours are 08:30hrs – 17:30hrs.
