Regarding Warranty on Paint. Review on Livspace

Hi, I would like to inform all my readers that we had availed live space, complete home decoration, interior decoration and wish to share a nightmare experience where their marketing team were very sweet initially till the things were closed and thereafter when it was handed over to the operation team, the marketing team stopped picking up our calls And it was more shocking. When at the time of finalising the things they had informed us that our paint will carry a one year warranty and simultaneously also the other things and after we got the position of our flat, they were certain discrepancies in the paint which they inform. Don’t worry, sir. We are there to take care of your paint for the next one year at any given point of time, you can get the pain done since it was a Ganesh festival at our home, and we were eager to take the position And after taking the position you know we had other priorities also where we had gone abroad and when we came back, we had informed the live space after sale service team also about the paint which they informed that their team will come in look at the walls when they came to our houseIt was so shocking that our 50% paint had already become blurred and also there were many other issues, also which we already informed them to act to our surprise, they sent us a quotation informing us to pay the amount contribution of 50%. I wish to inform that the company had never given us a quotation mentioning the copayment contribution clause before taking the contract, but after their contract at the time of you know painting the wall or Home, they inform us to make the copayment. Do not trust their team and also company as I had sent multiple emails to the top management including the CEO, but there was no response from their end. This clearly shows the service level of the company and hence it is better to give to a local contractor then to this company.
