For the first time in the past one and a half years I faced trouble with this RO water purifier. I called up the customer care center for their assistance. The executive was patient and understood the problem. He sent help the very next day.
The engineer who came was very professional and repaired the water purifier in just half an hour. The RO water purifier works alright now. I am so happy with the service given to me that I thought of thanking them in a special way. So, I came to this forum to share my experience.
