LIC - Life Insurance Corporation of India is one of the trustworthy insurance company in India. Its always better to buy LIC insurance rather than going for private company. First thing, the premium is less compared to other private companies and atleast LIC is much more safe.
The best part is LIC is owned by government and there are very less chances of getting a fake product or giving any extra premium.
The worst part is sometimes, the agent can give you a wrong policy or even they try to take cash from the client and dont submit it to the LIC counter. The customer service is very bad. They dont even pick up the phone calls.
The online experience with LIC is good. But m unable to create my online login id. I always have to pay the premium without login in.
